“Excellent place to visit if you like good honest wine at proper prices.I have been going for many years.Just let me give you one example.I buy a very nice rose for under £3.00 a bottle which is for sale in the De Vere group of Hotels for £24. You can taste at no cost a vast range of wines before purchase. I have not bought wine anywhere else for many years,why would you?”

“Excellent service and very competative prices.I always order on line and my selections are always ready for collection.I have been visiting CWS for many years and hope to do so regularly in the future.The tasting room is a nice idea,but haven't used it, as it is usually early morning and i'm driving! Staff are always pleasant and helpful.”

“We always visit Calais Wine when we go to Calais and buy the majority of our wines from them. When you pre-order, the order is made up and waiting for you. We have not yet experienced the new sampling area, but the area we have experienced contained a great deal of wines and if the one you are interested to try is not there, I am sure the most helpful staff would open one for you. We always make a considerable purchase and take advantage of the free travel offer. This is easy to arrange with Calais Wine and they do everything for you.”

“I have been making trips to Calais to buy wine for over 12 years now, and switched from Majestic to Calais Wine Superstore some time ago as they offer such excellent value and choice. Their superstore really is a pleasure to shop in, especially when your pre-order is packed and ready for loading up when you arrive, which then gives you plenty of time for browsing.”

“Have used Calais wine several times. Wide range of beer & wine available. Always pre-order and use their free travel offers. Like the tasting room. Last time changed some items on our order after trying different options in the tasting room. Prices are very competitive. Staff always helpful. We shall be returning.”

“Calais Wine offer a good selection of wines at a good price, we always stop off hereto stock up. New tasting room is a big improvement although I would prefer using small plastic disposable glasses rather than regular glasses which sometimes are not that clean”

“For the last four years I have bought wine at The Calais Wine Superstore. The staff are polite and helpful. Queries via email are answered promptly. Prices are competitive with a wide choice of products from every wine region of the world. With the complimentary ferry crossing it's a day's enjoyable outing.”
