“As always a great selection of wines and good value from £2 per bottle, I have seen the same wines in UK supermarkets for £7.99!!!!!!!!. The tunnel offer worked very well even though I only booked it 1 day in advance. The staff were attentive, friendly and knew the stock. The coffee machine is a great idea and needed after a 200 mile journey. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Peter Shaw”

“All went well with my pre-order, it's just a pity that the web re-design lost all my previous orders! Still, must not be picky! staff were friendly and knowledgable, prices competitive as usual (and I do check alternatives as they sometimes do better on the odd line).”

“I've always found them to provide excellent value for money. With most requirements ordered in advance, I turn up at the agreed time to find everyone waiting on a trolley - very good service. I don't believe the savings against the UK price that they print out on the till roll - but you can do your own comparisons and work it out - it is still very worthwhile making the trip. Only slight downside was that the free 12 bottles of that they gave me for my +£400 spend was probably amongst the worst wines I have ever tasted. But, still, it was free!”

“We've been with Calais Wine Superstore for a number of years and have been delighted with the service and ambience. We have used the Eurotunnel offer , for day trips, on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with our bookings and the service we receive when we get to the store. In fact when we holiday in France for longer periods of time our first and last stop off point is Calais Wine Superstore. Great wine at great prices. Many thanks.”

“This was our 4th very large order this year for friends and family and as for the last few years I have been buying wine from Calais wine, everything was excellent. The choice, range and price of wine is magnificent and generally even with very large orders stock availability is very good. The staff are friendly, helpful and very good at what they do and particularly focused on the customer, it is easy to communicate with the store by email removing the need for expensive continental phone calls. There was a little hiccup with our order but it wasn't a problem to us because we knew it would be dealt with professionally and it is the manner in which it is resolved that is the important factor that ultimately influences a feeling and opinion about the company, and we had every confidence that it would be fixed. Never have a moments hesitation when recommending Calais wine to others.”

“Your staff are allways warm and welcoming and also so knowledgeable about your products. My orders are allways ready and waiting and nobody seems to mind when i have changed my mind and swopped a few items from my original order. I shop at all wine outlets in Calais and you are truly the best by far of all them. I arrive Happy and Leave even Happier Thanks for everything David Scott”

“Good prices,lots of tastings on offer,well informed advice and top service from friendly and eager to please staff. All this available without local supermarket crowds and their (understandable) bias towards domestic wine. Loads of choice from around the world , - and France ! I also tend to order very late -often the night before travel,but the orders always ready and waiting for me.”
