“My shopping experience with The Calais Wine Superstore was terrific; I've been telling everyone who'll listen about it. I placed an order and qualified for the complimentary crossing with P&O. I live in Margate so Dover is practically 'door step'. I got the first ferry and was at The Calais Wine store long before they opened (my only point of feedback might be that an earlier opening service might add to the already excellent convenience). On opening my order was already loaded onto trolleys ready to go to the car. I got on the next ferry (The Calais Wine store is 5 mins from the terminal) and was home by lunch time. What's more, my receipt suggested that I'd made around £550 of savings! I've no reason to dispute this as the examples that I checked could not be found in the UK at a cost to match the savings offered.”

“Quick convenient and excellent pricing Need to sort out web site though as difficult to add to saved orders and leads to confusion and possible multiple orders If sorted I would have awarded a 5”

“The service is very good. We placed an online order to get a return ticket on the Eurotunnel. Everything worked like clock work, apart from the Eurotunnel which had a 3 hour delay...NOT the Stores fault! What did help the situation was that the order was complete and ready for our collection so no time was lost at the store. This is the second time we have done a booze cruise this way and would recommend it.”

“Have purchased c10 cases wine 2/3 times annually for some 6 or 7 years.Generally impressed with range--has sometimes introduced us to some obscure examples not easily found in UK.Excellenr pre-order service,good web-site,obliging staff.Travel offers perhaps not as flexible or generous as in past.”

“Last order was faulty. I ordered 3 x 10 litre boxes of Sauvignon Blanc + other boxes but on returning home found 2 were Chardonnay which we hate. Will double check bulk orders next time. 1st problem in 5 years though.”
