I have emailed multiple times with no response. The turn around was quick but can’t even get a email back about issues I am having and unclear payments.

Needed to have a new unit to have the old one replaced . New unit works fine . Only problem was with the turn around time took a little longer then was expected. But its working fine.tks

Hmmm well haven’t had chance to find out why my car still isn’t starting but service was alright. Did ask for an extra key but didn’t get one.

you guys are awesome any by all means deserve all 5 stars your service was fast efficient and everything i could have hoped for ty very much however i rated you 3 out of 5 because of one of your customer service representatives i believe his name is “damen” something of that nature was very impatient and was by no means welcoming or informative i called to ask questions on how to place my order he just acted as tho i wasn’t speaking clear english to where he just seem confused about all of my questions sobi cut the call short then i had a question after sending off my order again he was very short and again gave off a negative vibe and i kept my attitude in check because i really needed this done and you guys are who i came to but 2 days that i called in a row i got him on the line bothem times im just sayen how is it okay to make someone clear across the country even more stressed about the situation and play the way he did im still irritated about but other than that you ecu team handled and i really appreciate ECU PRO team for keeping there word to there customers turn around time is fast again ty guys

It took longer than expected and even after putting in the replacement im getting error codes i didn’t have before.

My lights stay on intermittently even with key removed. Sometimes the brake lights stay on when the car is parked. Issue back after three months after Ecu repair. Told last option was to replace original with another reprogrammed old one. 600$ spent so far. Fingers crossed next one works

Fixed it was fast but fixed all issues and plugged in no cluster

acceptable service but not to my expectations.since i can`t talk to tech or someone who knows the device in and out that`s a minor but important problem for me i send many questions with my device none of them were answered other than that we got the device repaired and sent the unit with a little better customer service they would have been superb but who knows maybe they are busy enough for not the care but bottom line is they fixed it and works now
