“Ecu was very reasonable with their pricing and I received my dme back pretty quickly. But as my Indy mechanic installs it back in, my vehicle would start up and then turn off. My mechanic said that it’s having a hard time pairing with my key. I don’t know who to blame. We shall see what happens with my mechanic.”

“This was a No Brainer. Great reviews good pricing & the turnaround was pretty quick. My only issue was the lady on the phone. A bit brash & condescending, with a irritated temperament. I kept the calls short, so the issue was very short lived. I have not received my part back yet but under a week & its on the way back, super excited to get the V12 going again.”

“Great communication and fast turned around. Haven’t been able to install the frm yet, as I’m out of town for work so can’t attest to see if problem is fixed. Also my orignal unit was lost via FedEx, but they got me a replacement sent out asap. So far happy with them, even with the hiccups.”

“As Far as the quality of their work, it was great. They delivered replaced my computer and my car started right up. Only complaint was the lady who I spoke with was over the phone was very rude. I called to see why I didn’t get the email to payout. Lady tried to make it like I wasn’t trying to pay. I had to ask her what email. They had the wrong email simply mistake. Other guy I spoke with was good but the lady was unprofessional.”

“Received my DME/CAS and key , my car wouldn’t start so I had to take it to Mechanics AAA their saying the code is saying bad DME / computer P1720(1-5) CAN Timeout Control Module P1747 (2/5) CAN-Bus Monitoring PO700 P1720 I’m really in a bind and want my car back on the road Key also didn’t work by pressing so it’s not programmed”

“I called them about my bmw not passing emissions and said there were parameters that needed to be turned back on for a previous hack prior to me getting the car. They were very nice and assured me that they had this issue before. I had taken a picture with my scan tool showing what needed to be fixed. Got it back and it is the same as before. It's like they did nothing I asked them to do. Went to the dealership and they said the parameters can be turned on and off. So end story I have to spend more money on something ECU pros said they could do.”

“ECU was very quick getting the FRM back to me but still have no power for windows. Half my headlights work now and r some interior electrical but not what I was hoping for. Taking my BMW into a local shop to see what they say. Might want to do the same if you want piece of mind. Feels like I’m out the $250 and shipping with no recourse.”

“Needed to have a new unit to have the old one replaced . New unit works fine . Only problem was with the turn around time took a little longer then was expected. But its working fine.tks”

“you guys are awesome any by all means deserve all 5 stars your service was fast efficient and everything i could have hoped for ty very much however i rated you 3 out of 5 because of one of your customer service representatives i believe his name is “damen” something of that nature was very impatient and was by no means welcoming or informative i called to ask questions on how to place my order he just acted as tho i wasn’t speaking clear english to where he just seem confused about all of my questions sobi cut the call short then i had a question after sending off my order again he was very short and again gave off a negative vibe and i kept my attitude in check because i really needed this done and you guys are who i came to but 2 days that i called in a row i got him on the line bothem times im just sayen how is it okay to make someone clear across the country even more stressed about the situation and play the way he did im still irritated about but other than that you ecu team handled and i really appreciate ECU PRO team for keeping there word to there customers turn around time is fast again ty guys”

“My lights stay on intermittently even with key removed. Sometimes the brake lights stay on when the car is parked. Issue back after three months after Ecu repair. Told last option was to replace original with another reprogrammed old one. 600$ spent so far. Fingers crossed next one works”
