“Excellent Service and turn around”

“I was keep in the loop through the whole process as they inspected my ecu and ews. They provided a video of their work and the outcome and a thorough explanation of what was wrong with it, and what they did to fix it. I received the ecu, ews and my key within 2 days. I plugged everything back up and my car started right up! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the guys at ECU PRO!”

“By far the most professional group I have ever worked with on very technical BMW problem. Dealer in Indianapolis Indiana wanted $8000 to replace “DME” / ECU. “My neighbors 2014 clubman needed DME repaired. I sent it out. Paid for one day return shipping. They repaired it. Shipped it. And now neighbors car works without any issues so far. I’d definitely be a return customer if ever needed. There was one person I spoke with over the the phone that was clearly worthless and clueless about anything going on there. But other than that, everything was great.”

“Yes, be confident using ECUPro. I've used them with two different cars, and the second time was involved, with a custom flash update, which they sent a movie of the test car running, code free. The was a snafu originally, about my wants, but, they listened carefully, and we worked through the matter, to positive solution; THAT is important! Thanks, Janet, Dave, techs.”
