“Response time was prompt, unfortunately my DME could not be repaired. Thankfully, the new DME came quickly without any issues, and the two DMEs (working and damaged) were labeled. My car ran like normal after the DME and sensors that caused the issue were replaced. DME removal took about 2 hours with a very helpful article (for f30 N55s https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1180947), installation was much easier taking ~1 hr. A recommendation is to label where each cable plugs into the DME, FEM, ect. I did not do that, and had to look up pictures and wire diagrams for 3 of the connections.”

“Shipped my FRM to The ECU Pro on a Friday, they received it Monday and I had it back in my hands and re-installed in my E90 335i on Wednesday. They sent me updates upon arrival, after testing, after successful repair and once it was shipped. TLDR; fast and quality company with good communication.”

“I found The Ecu Pro when searching for a good company to have a customer's Mini Computer repaired. I originally sent it in to be repaired but it wasn't repairable. Great communication through the whole process. Ended up needing and getting a refurbished unit. Fast shipping and worked perfectly. Highly Recommend. Thanks again”

“I called ECU pro and the lady in the phone was super nice and gave me all the instructions since I had a specific DME. After my payment i immediately send it and two days later I got the mail that’s it arrived and they gonna start working on it. A few days later I got a email with all the updates and that my DME couldn’t get fixed. I agreed with getting a new one. I was really happy and surprised that I only had to pay the rest 600 dollars for a new one and not the whole 1000 dollars coz I payed 400 for the repair. The same day I payed and it immediately got send back. Waiting on it but it should arrive on Monday !!! Thank you so much for your help guys.”

“They were able to detect that my module had no issues and they performed this service fast. I really wished they would have found something. This means that I need to look elsewhere. Lol. They will definitely save you money and time if your ECU or EWS are defective and going bad. Give these guys a try!!!”
