“ECU Pro was communicative regarding my BMW 454i ECU. Mine needed replacement, ECU Pro also returned the original non-repairable unit. They shipped the parts to me using FedEx two-day, bubble-wrapped in a box. I will use ECU Pro in the future when I need ECU testing, repair, or replacement.”

“This was a No Brainer. Great reviews good pricing & the turnaround was pretty quick. My only issue was the lady on the phone. A bit brash & condescending, with a irritated temperament. I kept the calls short, so the issue was very short lived. I have not received my part back yet but under a week & its on the way back, super excited to get the V12 going again.”

“Great communication and fast turned around. Haven’t been able to install the frm yet, as I’m out of town for work so can’t attest to see if problem is fixed. Also my orignal unit was lost via FedEx, but they got me a replacement sent out asap. So far happy with them, even with the hiccups.”

“They kept me updated throughout the entire process and the turnaround was only about a week and they tested the equipment just as they offered and followed up with videos of my equipment running one of their cars. The video was also thorough. I would highly recommend them.”

“After having some no-start issues with my vehicle I deduced it down the DME, did some research and found ECU Pro to be the most reputable company to send it to. After it arrived I received an email the following Monday stating that the repairs had been done and am now waiting for it to arrive. Everything was painless and very efficient. Will use again if I’m ever in this boat again.”
