“Excellent service. I wanted to buy a Mason Pearson hairbrush for my wife but found other suppliers were either out of stock, probably because of extra demand for Christmas, or more expensive. When I phoned in the afternoon to be sure it was in stock the brush was put aside for me anticipating ordering online. It was dispatched that day and arrived two days later which, so close to Christmas, could not have been better. The guy who took my phone call was cheerful, helpful and reassuring. The package also had two samples of perfume included. How much better could you get..?”

“Garden Pharmacy always delivers very fast. Items are packaged perfectly, and in perfect condition. I love that Garden makes products available that I can't order from the US and that won't show up in stores in Germany. Especially Chanel limited edition products are much easier to obtain from Garden than from most German stores (online and local). All in all I think Garden is one of the best online stores on the net, there's not much room for improvement.”

“The Garden Pharmacy is the most amazing place to shop on-line. Their service is absolutely first class. If there are any difficulties with an order, they let you know promptly and will do whatever they can to assist. I now live in Gozo ( Malta ) and the delivery from the Garden Pharmacy is so splendid and ......I am lost for words! “We had difficulty with the web site and were unable to order two products at the same time. On contact with the firm by phone we were able to place our order . I then received several e mails giving me the progress of my order . I even received confirmation that Royal Mail had delivered my order 10 minutes after the post man had left. As I live in a remote part of Scotland I was very impressed with the speed at which the order was delivered. I would certainly use your firm again.”
