“To whom it may concern. I hardly ever award any more than normal/average as regards service. The Hamilton Pen Company's exemplary service has provided the impetus for me to do so. The item arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date and was well packed. There was a minor glitch as regards quantity. This was due to inconsistencies in the indicated stock levels on the web site. The problem was resolved beyond my expectation. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future and also have no reservations in recommending them to any prospective purchaser. “If there are ink writing sample instead of digital color image for the every De Atramentis ink, it would be better. Because my De Atramentis Marone ink is almost black rather than a greyish brown that shows on the digital color image. J. Herbin 10ml ink were great. The parcel has been well packed.”
