“I wanted to buy a pen for a birthday present, always liked Space Pens and think they make ideal presents, so I bought two and they arrived very quickly. The price was good too and i know the girls who are going to have them for their birthdays will just love them.”

“What can I say. This company oozes professionalism. The order process was quick and easy and I was constantly kept up to date with the status of my order. Delivery was hasty and my pen was well packaged. I get the impression that their customer service is paramount to them. I cannot recommend The Hamilton Pen Company enough. Thank you”

“Great service. We were quickly informed that our product was not in stock and given a number of options as well as an apology. We opted to 'wait longer' for the product to be ordered in and we were surprised at how quickly it arrived. Even though the item was ordered in it still turned up much quicker than orders we have placed with other companies!”

“The items I purchased arrived within 2 days and all very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items was incorrect (wrong nib size sent), however I rung Hamilton Pen Co and I had the correct nib size with me the very next day with a complimentary ink refill to try (bright orange - fab!) and a SAE to send the other one back. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely be purchasing from them again :)”

“Very easy to navigate website with load of ways to find exactly what you're looking for. I found what I was looking for very easily and setting up an account was a doddle, as is paying by PayPal like I did. All the items I looked at were very keenly priced - and taken with a discount code they are as cheap as anywhere else I've found. The purchase was despatched immediately and I received a parcel the next day containing one immaculate and well packed pen and a box cartridges exactly as ordered. Great prices, easy to use website and fast free delivery. Excellent service across the board.”

“I ordered another journal - my third - I love the quality and really love the triangular pencils! I want to buy more of both... I also bought violet smelling ink GORGEOUS! I want to buy more ink ( as I am a fountain pen addict!). Service excellent, speedy and goods well packed and protected in transit. Thank you Hamilton Pen Company BRILLIANT in every way...”
