I don't live in New Mexico so when I discovered the Hatch Chile Store I was thrilled. They have the best products and they always ship them out very promptly. They can overnight me frozen green chile and it is a live saver! I just tried their new green chile stew and it blew my mind. My whole family was gushing over it. I hope they never get rid of it. you must try it!
