“ Excluding the quality of the peppers, custormer service failed to cancel the order. The website order page doubled my order and I was unable to 'delete' an item. I sent the company an email requesting a cancellation. Days later I received an email asking me if I wanted to delete an item, of which I replied. Then I was told "too late". So I received 10# of peppers for $155. If I wanted 10# I would have ordered a 10# box and not 2-5# boxes. ”
