“The light fitting arrived within 2 days of placing the order but unfortunately the glass bowl had a chip on one edge. After contacting Customer Services and sending a photograph of the damage, a replacement was promptly despatched and arrived safely 3 days later. I am very satisfied with the way this problem was handled.”

“Excellent customer service by Lucy , well packaged. Only fault I would have preferred to order the lightbulbs for the product at the same time, just been to Tesco I was unable to identify a ES E27 GLS bulb which is required .”
