“The boots arrived very timely; the boots were a gift and so when they arrived in the shoe box with the name and size, it was sort of a give away. I can't recall if I was asked if this was a gift and if that would have mattered.”

“The fit is extremely comfortable and immediately warm. Toe is thick to withstand a lot of brush, and molds down the rest of the foot without being cumbersome. The calf length is just right, and does not dig into the front shin or behind the knee.”

“Love my Muck boots. I live in them all during these northern Michigan winters. They are so comfortable I can walk three miles with my dog every day in them and then wear them to work, shopping, etc. And still look good and stay warm and dry! They are durable...my last pair took me through 5 winters. My husband loves them, too, and says they're the best boots for hunting and ice fishing! We're definitely a Muck family!”

“1.) I love their boots. 5 Stars! I live in WI and we have a wide range of temperatures, warm rain to blizzards, and we need different boots depending on the temperature and the moisture we're dealing with. 2.) I have 2 pairs currently, 1 pair is for down to 0 F and they're a midcalf boot, fully waterproof. I wear them in spring when we flood from snow melting and the temps are warmer. 3.) My other pair goes to -30, fully waterproof, and are tall boots. Those are for slogging thru snow drifts, melting and refreezing snow, and of course extreme negative temperatures. My stadium coat hem meets the top of the boots, so there's very little leg exposed to the bitter winds, sleet and snow. 4.) I get asked all the time what my boots are because people can see I'm warm, dry and the boots are cute too! I found that the best deal was buying directly from Mucks Boots with my last pair. There are some retail sporting outlets that carry their boots, but they have a limited amount of styles and colors. 5.) My son-in-law is from Paraguay and owns a lot of farm land there. We send down Muck boots to his family every year, they say they are the best farming boots there are. (they get the higher temp rated ones). 6.) They last a long time (not sure how long, my are 3 years old and 1 month old, but the 3 year old pair is still waterproof, warm and looks like new still. 7.) I wish they had a line with cleats built into the bottom of the boot for walking on ice. But, I can buy slip over cleats too, so this is not a big deal, but I would like to see an all-in-one.”

“I don't have a problem with the product. I have a problem with the customer service. I placed my order approximately 9 days before Christmas and didn't receive the item until 4 days after Christmas.. I think 13 days to receive a product is unacceptable!!!”

“Great service. Received purchase in a timely manner. Would have liked a few more color choices in the boot I selected, but I am satisfied with what I ordered.. This is my third pair of Muck boots. Wore out the first pair.”

“I recently order a pair for my daughters birthday and they were too tight on her calf, so I called and talked to a representative who was very nice and helpful. She has a mid calf boot comparable to the one I ordered which wii be exchanged for the ones I have. She is to mail me a return label , because my iPad doesn't print. Hopefully I'll be able to do the exchange successfully. My son has a pair that I bought him and is very happy with them and uses them here on the farm. I would highly recommend these boots.”
