“Awesome customer service! Immediately after I ordered boots, on a Saturday, I realized I ordered the wrong color. I emailed right away and got a response from Jen that same day saying that on Monday, she would try to catch shipping and get the color I wanted. I got an email from Jen on Monday saying that she hooked me up, and the color I wanted were on there way! Woooh Jen!!! She's the best!”

“I have not tried these boots but they are rated to be comfortable at -40, just as the Artic Sport's, I purchased two years ago. Some noticeable differences: the commuter's are much narrower and feel like they have a lot less insulation. They look sleeker, but will they be as warm? Personally, I'd rather have warmth over style any day. I suspect that the commuter's won't be as warm as the old artic sports, which have insulation right up around the calf, but the commuter's do not. I got the commuter's on clearance thinking I was getting a deal...We'll see how it goes this winter in Madison..”

“Working, hunting, hot, cold, wet, or dry my muck boots stay on my feet. I will never buy a different pair of boots. Once you try them you will be hooked.”

“The boots were perfect. The shipping time was exceptional. The only thing was my daughter's job ended before she even got to wear them. Since we took the tags off for her to wear, they were no longer returnable/exchangeable.”

“I had heard wonderful things about Muck Boots, and purchased a pair of the Arctic tall Muck Boots, suede, with zipper back via online store because the boots are not sold in my area. I was a little apprehensive because I was not able to try on the boots beforehand. They were way too large (I wear a 6.5 so purchased a 7 but could have fit two of my feet in each boot) and very heavy. I called customer service and discussed the proper way to size the boots and asked to purchase the regular Arctic neoprene boots in exchange. The representative said I could return the original purchase and would need to purchase the new boots under a separate transaction; when the original purchased boots were received, I would receive a credit back to my credit card. I received a shipping label via email. The original boots were received by Muck Boot Company on November 27. I called Muck Boot Company on November 30, and was told the credit would have to be done manually by a supervisor and since this was the busy season may take a few days. I was not told that when I asked for the original credit. While I am very happy with the new boots and wear them all the time, as of December 8, I still have not received a credit to my account for the original pair. Yesterday, December 7, I received email notice that the credit had been processed, but it may take 2-10 days to go through. So I am not very satisfied with the customer service although I do like the replacement boots. However, this will cause me to think long before doing business with Muck Boot Company again. Electronic transactions are process almost immediately and this credit should also have been.”

“I was searching for a boot that would keep my feet warm but not be clunky. I just typed muck boots in my address bar and what do you know? There they were. I still have the first pair I bought (6? years ago) and loaned them to my daughter when she had to work with our horses in our nasty wet clay paddocks. She kept borrowing them and I finally bought her a pair which she also still wears (5years) I also purchased a pair for my son in law. I got a lighter pair for myself to wear in warmer weather and have just purchased a riding boot as well as a pair for my 4 year old grandson and my spouse. My son in law is the only one, so far that has worn his boots out but he is excessively busy in the barn, the fields, and workshop and his boots are just now showing their age (4 years) in muck, cow urine and other nasty stuff.”

“Just got to wear them for a couple hours in 40 deg. weather. I'm disappointed as my feet were quite cold after about 1/2 hr. I expected to be able to wear them in the winter for the price I paid; guess not. Helen C.”

“First I bought the Arctic pro, for duck and goose hunting. There are fantastic keep your feet dry and warm,very easy to walk in , and very light....and the best part for me was the ease of puting them on ,and takeing them off.I highly recommend them to anybody that does waterfowl hunting .....”

“This is the first pair of Mucks I've owned. I bought them for warm weather deer hunting. The boots stink of rubber from the mfg process, but deer can't be into that. They're also pretty heavy. There's a lot of room in the upper part of the boot, which is food for tucking in cloths, but they're definitely kind of awkward for walking.”
