“The website is quite straightforward and easy to use. I have ordered a pair boots but turned up to be too big for me. I have then contacted the customer service to request for an exchange and Lauren has been very helpful as she provided all the assistance I needed for the replacement. Everything went smooth and seamless. I will definitely be using The Priory again and I highly recommend the store to anyone. Thank you.”

“With most things that seem too good to be true, there is usually a catch. Good prices/expensive delivery. Cheap postage/long waiting times. etc. I'm delighted to say that The Priory is that elusive unicorn of internet sellers where everything is even better than it sounds! The price you want, a delivery fee that seems way under priced, and a unique identity that makes the experience stand out from the crowd. The Priory has the cure to your shopping ails.”
