“Emailed multiple times with no response. Needed help figuring out where my package was and getting details on method of shipping. It has been >3 days and their website claims to provide a response within "24 working hours". I live in the US and it looks like other are encountering the same issue with "The Priory". Item was an ArcTeryx jacket that I looked forward to wearing. Oh well.”

“Ordered on 12th of December 2016, shipped the next day, received on 9th of January 2017. Almost a month waiting due to Christmas season I presume. Excellent VAT-free prices and christmas sale offers, very pleasing shipping price terms. Good packaging but definitely could be better. Shoe box was in bubblewrap but anyway came with the sides a little smashed as seen on photos. Fast and correct response from customer service. Good quality of the products, but only time will tell. All mint and looking nice. Good overall, will definitely order again.”

Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are looking for a way to develop and protect sending our footwear internationally. At the moment we do use bubble wrap but are looking into something stronger. We do hope to see you shopping again soon.

“Fast delivery but still waiting on a reply regarding returning the item I purchased!!! The item has shrunk after being washed correctly.”
