I took 2 friends for lunch before Christmas who had travelled a long way to see me. Upon arrival, the Restaurant was cold so had to keep our coats on. We felt there wasn't a great choice of menu so ordered the burgers - one of which was correct but the other 2 arrived with no cheese, salsa so had to send them back. When we got replacements, they were dry and the chips weren't great either. Quite frankly I've had a better meal at McDonalds and a lot cheaper ! We then ordered puddings, one of which was the apple pie which was completely raw. What a disaster and I was so very disappointed. I phoned and eventually got hold of the manager who offered me a free Sunday lunch which needless to say had NO intention of taking as have absolutely NO wish to set foot in that Restaurant ever again with the current owners. What a shame when its such a beautiful building.

Honestly, please don't send your loved ones to The Priory. I did and not only are we about to pursue a case for assault (committed by two managers at the facility), we were also threatened. During their treatment I personally caught a male member of staff watching pornography on their phone which I confronted him over, only for him to respond that "you're jealous that your **** don't shake like that". Upon reporting the incident, I was laughed at by his superiors who I then heard ask to see the video as I had left the room. I'm unsure of what has happened to this brand of treatment centre, but the individuals running it seem to be shockingly incapable of performing their role. Fortunately my lawyer has managed to secure an investigation into their processes and I will be sure to post the results here for others to read.

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service.They sent me the wrong item and I contacted them to arrange an exchange for the item I had actually ordered. I asked them to reserve the item I had ordered while the return was in the post to them so that it didn't go out of stock. They refused, and it did in fact go out of stock while the return was in the post. Had to send multiple emails to sort this out and deal with very unhelpful customer service. I buy a lot of clothes online. Never had an experience as bad as this before.

I ordered a shirt on the 31st March. The order went through fine. Its now 12th April and I haven't had a confirmation of shipping email. I've sent 6 separate emails to customer services and every single one was ignored. To get a response I had to open a PayPal claim, now The Priory are refusing to even offer me a refund or resend the goods that 'they claim' have been sent. I've ordered frequently from The Priory but haven't since the Internet Fusion takeover. Same to say I will never order from them again and I suggest you avoid them if you want a good service or your product.

Emailed multiple times with no response. Needed help figuring out where my package was and getting details on method of shipping. It has been >3 days and their website claims to provide a response within "24 working hours". I live in the US and it looks like other are encountering the same issue with "The Priory". Item was an ArcTeryx jacket that I looked forward to wearing. Oh well.

I didn't get the shoes I ordered and I still haven't haven't received the shoes I ordered instead I've got random shoes I don't like.

I have used your services before without any problems, however on this occasion I have returned the item I purchased over just shy of two weeks ago and have had neither a refund or a response to the two emails I have sent regarding the matter. I hope to hear a prompt response to this review before I have to escalate the situation. Regards.

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from the item being received in our store but please note that during peak periods the processing of returns may take up to a maximum of 14 working days. Especially during sale periods. I can see your refund was processed on the 12th of April, after your purchase on the 29th of March. my order was damaged when it was delivered. priory did offer an extra discount which was good, but to return them i would have had to pay to ship them back so i didn't have much choice but to keep them.

I ordered an item online I didn't receive the product nor did I receive my money back I have tried to email the company however they have been very unresponsive I am not satisfied with the customer service and I am extremely disappointed My problem has not been resolved for 5 weeks now I would like my money back !
