“I ordered on 3/3 and recieved my order today. Shipping was estimated to be 5-7 days so i contacted the website on the 11th to ask if they were running behind, they responded promptly! I didn't realize the brand is from the UK and I am located in the US, which explains the late delivery. I was happy with 2/4 crystal I ordered, the snakeskin jasper on their website is shown to be a beautiful red and the stone I received was a brown color, so I was a little disappointed. The orange selenite most likely wasn't tumbled log enough and felt waxy. However the incense is perfect, the blue howlite is a bright blue like the picture, and the rose quartz was perfect as well. Overall, I might suggest shopping elsewhere for stones.”
“I had been buying items for several years. In the beginning the company was small. And it prided itself on quality of crystals and personal service. However sadly the company has become too big, and lost, its personal, specialist touch. I haven't bought for sometime now and found an alternative small business to buy my crystals etc.”

“Ordered goods. Didn't arrive within 48 hours, still not got them 5 days on. Asked them to resend as paid for. They won't resend or refund or even compensate. They are ignoring me. Placed order on 14th July, have to wait 15 working days - until 17th August before they decide to do anything. Ridiculous!!! No empathy, terrible customer service.
