“When the package was delivered, had a note from the Postman. Said "Envelope open nothing inside." Obviously had been opened on purpose, slit all the way across. However got ahold of Supply Cache, told them, no questions asked, sent another at their cost. That is called "customer service". Would order from them again in a heartbeat, you can't go wrong with that service. Good job and greatly appreciated.”

Your policy of having a person to talk to--a person who speaks English too--is such a welcome relief. I called the number you provided and someone answered the phone and helped me. Amazing. “My products show up fast and packed well and the ease of the site and quick shipping. Bonus that I am a Colorado native so the shipping is just 2 hours away but still love the products and fast turnaround on my orders. I ordered the Mystery 900 pack and new goggles and trying to get set for the 2022 fire season, which I hope we don't have considering we have not had an off-season.
