We were shipped the wrong product with the correct shipping invoice inside. It said we received the Monster Cargo Bag but that was not what we received.

I have only order one thing from this site that has been good. I hope this changes. Everything is either too expensive and trash or it’s just not on here. Amazon or your local wildland fire contractor will have way better stuff and will know the proper place to acquire good stuff without over spending or signing your life away.

Make your website so I can tell if things are back ordered or not. Don't charge a government credit card (or anybody's credit card), then not ship anything because one of the items was back ordered and won't be available until 4 months later. Were you really going to charge me, then hold onto everything for months and not even bother to tell me? I had to call to figure out what was going on.

I ordered boots back in November. Still no shipping number. Got 3 different estimated date when they will receive them. Paid over 500.00 still nothing. We are 5 months almost 6 months down the road now. Still waiting on to receive information on shipping

I was ordered a wildland fire shirt size 2xl I received a shirt in a small size, and then had to pay shipping to send back the incorrect shirt.

Sorry Warren, you actually did order a small brush shirt. This would have been visible from checkout through order confirmation. Customer service did the correct thing, asking you to send the small so we could help with an exchange. If you would like a copy of your original order, you can request it. Otherwise please check your order confirmation, sent at the time you placed your order. This is often in a junk mail box if you are a gmail user or have opted out of our email communication.

Return policy is a joke. Only new items can be returned. $200 pants that last less then 2 weeks should be refunded. Clearly poor quality and they know it.

My order was never shipped even though you received my payment of over 800$. I was told it was fraud protection issue from supply cache. I was never told about the issue until I called 2 weeks later. It really feels like supply cache was just trying to keep my money without sending any product. I will never be shopping there again until they prove they are an honest company

Sent an inquiry about a specific pair of boots that showed were “in stock” but it did not indicate which sizes. Received an email back letting me know that specific size would be back in stock by a certain date to go ahead and order so as to have my order be a place holder. The supposed ship date came and went (well over a month) and decided to give it a few more days. No response from SC, so I sent an email asking about the status. Received a response that blamed supply from the manufacturer. After a brief exchange a day later I received another response stating that ONE pair was to be here but that they were not sure who ordered this specific pair of boots first. Me or another customer (how do you not know???) Being extremely frustrated at their poor inventory management I left the ultimatum at if this order doesn’t ship within 48 hours to just cancel my order. I never received a response, instead five days later my order was finally canceled and refunded and I got a what appeared to be an automated message stating that my order was canceled and my money was refunded. Thanks for leaving my high and dry! This is the third and last time I’ve had issues with orders from them, so of course I have to add the obligatory Supplycache will never receive any more of my business, nor referral. This experience was enough to ruin my further support for them for good.

You shipped me the wrong boot. These are the hawthorn explorers. I ordered and paid for whites line scout lace to toe. These are an inferior quality boot

John, White's has always made this boot and are removing the Hathorn branding on their product. They do not have new boxes yet but these are genuine entry-level White's boots. If you want to upgrade, please look at the 400V series boot.

Have not yet received what I ordered. Last thing on tracking was December 21 n then nothing.
