“My order was never shipped even though you received my payment of over 800$. I was told it was fraud protection issue from supply cache. I was never told about the issue until I called 2 weeks later. It really feels like supply cache was just trying to keep my money without sending any product. I will never be shopping there again until they prove they are an honest company”

“Sent an inquiry about a specific pair of boots that showed were “in stock” but it did not indicate which sizes. Received an email back letting me know that specific size would be back in stock by a certain date to go ahead and order so as to have my order be a place holder. The supposed ship date came and went (well over a month) and decided to give it a few more days. No response from SC, so I sent an email asking about the status. Received a response that blamed supply from the manufacturer. After a brief exchange a day later I received another response stating that ONE pair was to be here but that they were not sure who ordered this specific pair of boots first. Me or another customer (how do you not know???) Being extremely frustrated at their poor inventory management I left the ultimatum at if this order doesn’t ship within 48 hours to just cancel my order. I never received a response, instead five days later my order was finally canceled and refunded and I got a what appeared to be an automated message stating that my order was canceled and my money was refunded. Thanks for leaving my high and dry! This is the third and last time I’ve had issues with orders from them, so of course I have to add the obligatory Supplycache will never receive any more of my business, nor referral. This experience was enough to ruin my further support for them for good.”

Hello, after researching your request we located the customer service person you worked with as well as the email communication you two had. If you didn't receive responses, please whitelist @supplycache.com. We often get added to spam folders, which impedes customer service contact. We sincerely hope you give us another chance. “You shipped me the wrong boot. These are the hawthorn explorers. I ordered and paid for whites line scout lace to toe. These are an inferior quality boot”

John, White's has always made this boot and are removing the Hathorn branding on their product. They do not have new boxes yet but these are genuine entry-level White's boots. If you want to upgrade, please look at the 400V series boot.

“There was a problem with the timely shipping of my item. It was 7 days from the time of label creation until the item reached the US Post Office at their shipping location. Their staff refused to answer my clear and direct question on the shipping, gave me demonstrable wrong information twice and the upper level employee I dealt with was arrogant and non responsive. The USPS service was adequate once they received the package. The problem was with Supply Cache. Additionally, their shipping charges were inordinately high as was the item pricing. I should have shopped more carefully to begin with. If you have other alternatives I would recommend you use them rather than Supply Cache.”

TSC's final response is: Mr. Hagstrom-While we understand your frustration with the Postal Service , our company processed and shipped your order on the next business day and shipped it using the method you chose. (Priority Mail $5.95) Your disappointment is with the Postal Service. We are happy to hear your product arrived and will consider this issue resolved and closed.

“I highly suggest that you INCLUDE the Carbide Cutter when you market Timberline's chain saw sharpener! It's a nasty trick that you subject your prospective patrons to - flashing a lower price, but not adequately illustrating that a key component is not included. Like buying a vehicle when the ignition key isn't included. NEVER Again!!!!”

“Received a Garmin GPS which was defective. They would not allow me to return it. They said it was a final sale because it was a dislcontinued model. There was no mention of that on the advertisement. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.”
