Products are excellent. Prices are fair but shipping is slow and tracking of packages requires you to download a 3rd party app. I would like shopping from the supply cache a lot better if I just received a confirmation email with a link to the tracking like most other online retailers.

Did not realize I had to hire a broker to get across border into Canada. After talking to supply cache l realize it was my mistake. Thank you for getting back to me.

For future order reference orders that are shipping outside of the United States may be subject to taxes and duties. Those taxes and duties can be prepaid upon checkout. If a customer opts out of paying the taxes and duties, they will be due upon receipt of the package.

I ordered a Dual Radio Chest Harness, Gen 2 and was very disappointed that the cell phone pocket was too small for my medium-sized iPhone 12 Max in a Pelican case. I sent an email to customer service and never received any response.

I purchased a medium Wildland shirt and found it was too big. I just tried it on and packaged it up, for a return. I received a notice that the shirt was dirty! The pictures were inconclusive. I will NOT buy from your company because the shirt was NOT dirty.

Everything was shipped in a timely manner, but I bought $500 worth of gear and still had to pay shipping. I got the gear I needed, but I’m not used to paying for shipping when ordering so much stuff.

I was not aware I was going to be charged freight on my order. I was under the impression that if my order was over a certain amount, freight was free. The purchasing process was not clear.

Felix, It looks like we updated you on the backorder time of the item on your order that was holding up the shipping via email on 5/17. As the email stated the item was expected on 5/31, it came in sooner and your order shipped on 5/18. Please contact customer service at customerservice@supplycache.com and they will be able to provide you with tracking info.

Unfortunately, I can't review my order. It was lost before it got to me. I have worked with the postal workers to find the package but it was not found.

For some reason, the fire pants I ordered took 18 weeks to arrive (meaning I didn't have them for nearly all of the fire season). I'm not sure what the issue was as the pants were made about a 6 hour drive from my house (i.e., not overseas). The customer service wasn't bad, and the pants are nice, but I'm not sure I would order from The Supply Cache again.

The Bullard lids I ordered are great and arrived in a timely manner. However I ordered a belt weather kit and phone case back in April, weather kit was broken and the phone case was for like a flip phone. Definitely not what was advertised

Hi Antonio, Did you contact customer service here about the belt weather kit? Also, our return policy allows for 30 days. There is no need to keep a case that didn't work out for you. We always modify descriptions if something seems off of misleading. Always contact customer service, especially if something arrives damaged.

My package never arrived and was delivered to the wrong address filed a comp and never received a reply I spent five hundred dollars and never received my package

Hi Levi, We're sorry things have come to a poor review despite our efforts to help you. We re-routed your package to dispatch at your request. The package did arrive and we provided proof of delivery from UPS. Once a package arrives at its' destination, it is out of our hands as well as our carrier's hands.

When my order finally came, it was great. It took over a month to get my order of one pack. The communication was lacking, saying they were getting a shipment “in the next few days”. I was told this three times before I push the issue and finally got my pack.

Quality of clothes is fantastic, but I paid extra for priority mail. I thought it would be here. I have three brush fire fighters waiting for this much needed clothing. They are going to be transporting big equipment to the bootleg fire. Can't leave until clothing is here.

Been wanting this tool every since I quit fighting forest fires it was my #1 tool I've ever used out of all the tools we use for fires except for my chainsaw. Didn't get the one I wanted from you guys i got a smaller version and different handle sure wish I could have gotten the true pro hoe you have 8 inch head with a true curve handle but this is what I have for now and I love it I've been waiting on this one , so stoked about it told all of my friends and wife oh just wait until I get this and I'll show you what it's all about and then some thanks for the tool it's my urban gardening tool you should see what I have done so far with it...

Hi Bryan, hand-made boots take time. We can always ship a portion of your order and wait for the backordered item. Item status should be clear at checkout and you do have the option at checkout to "ship ahead," splitting the shipment between what is in-stock and what is backordered.
