I have done business with Supply Cache for over 30 years and today was the first time that I wasn't pleased with their service. we ordered Crewboss pants 5 months ago and still have not received them. now they tell me its gonna be in late january till we get them. May have to shop somewhere else now, Ill let you know when we might get them. Chief Greasby

Thank you very much for your long term business. We understand and share your frustration with the backorder lead times caused by ongoing material shortages experienced by some of our suppliers. As we receive product from our suppliers, we process and fill backorders in the order in which they are received. Thank you for your patience.

We didn't get our 1.5 in hose. True north pants are the lowest quality. The saw kit with Oregon files and wedges is no good. The belt weather kit broke before it was used.

Ordered a brush shirt from Canada a month ago, still waiting. Request for an ETA went unanswered, had to order a second one from another supplier. Bummer

The bag did not match the picture but I can still use it so it’s ok but it definitely is a different bad that I received in the mail

Jacob, Mystery Ranch has updated their Monster Truck Cargo bag. What you received is the updated version. The pictures on our website do now match what you received. We needed to update our photos once we received the bags in-house.

I received my order quickly which was awesome. I needed to exchange for a size correction, and they never emailed me back. They also failed to answer the phone twice when i called during business hours. I need a shipping number from them for this return - this is quite irritating.

I ordered the shift plus 900 cal spec mystery ranch line pack, a rouge hoe rhino hand tool, and some other little things, flagging, tshirt, bugz etc... SC sent the hand tool separate because the size weight and material I guess, the shipping was pretty good in my opinion. Both boxes came at the same time. They took about a week to get here. The small complaint I have is with the mystery ranch bag the fusee holder doesn’t fit the fusees in it. They are too long for the zipper compartment. So I don’t see why it’s called a “fuse compartment ”. Oh ya I forgot! The supply cache isn’t really that well supplied, like AT ALL I had to settle for what was basically my 3rd choice on the line pack and hand tool since all the packs, tools, pretty much EVERYTHING I wanted most of all is out of stock. So I had to settle for what I could get since fire season is coming up soon.

Hi Rosario, first of all thank you for an honest review. 2021 has buried us and our supply chain in roughly 2X the demand we had in 2020, which was a busy year for us despite the pandemic. As you can imagine we feel your pain since nobody plans on 100% growth year-over-year. The good news is we're constantly revising our orders, growing our stock levels, and pre-planning hard with our manufacturers to make sure we can satisfy everyone spring of 2022. You'll often find we are the last ones left with any fire gear to sell but that doesn't mean we're satisfied with being the last to go into backorder. Stay tuned.

Online I purchased am item that showed in stock. The next day I was informed that it was not. I tried calling twice days later and never talked to a customer service person. The phone went to voice message. I’m hoping that this can be resolved.

I’ve ordered items from the supply cache before with out incident in past years, this year when I placed orders this year that can’t seem to keep in contact to let you know that your order is delayed do you back stock, which I get it was a busy fire season but you should at least email the customer saying sorry we are waiting on back orders items so I don’t have to email you 2 months after wondering why I haven’t heard anything from your company, when I did email one of your reps said that you had everything in the order except for one item, my thought would have maybe seen about sending what you had them send the rest when available. I’m not sure if I will keep me business with you or not, that incident really had me torqued.

Hi Randall, Thank you for saying something. If you are able to give some more detail that would be great. I can email you directly with permission as well. A couple of things we ask in this scenario involve the items on the initial order confirmation. Out of stock is typically noted there. It is possible notifications are blocked by spam filter. You'd have to whitelist supplycache.com in that case. It is possible you bought the last of an item in a quantity greater than 1, which can cause the disconnect.
