“The Crate very good in my first year. Towards the end of my second year it began to be not as good. The items were less appealing and useful. The last box I received the shirt was a duplicate of one I already had. This is why I cancelled my membership. I am trying the wearable box for one month. If this is not a better option for me I will cancel my subsriptions all together.”

“Cool items in the crates, and coincides with upcoming holidays and events keep the crates interesting. Very poor customer service! Needed assistance with an account issue, took many, many days to get a reply, and then no actual follow-up to assist after that. Ended up canceling orders due to the poor customer service! Talked to a rep over the phone and sent multiple emails.”

“While I enjoy receiving a box of surprises each month, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the arrival time of my box. I understand there are shipping issues, but if my box is not coming between the 20 - 24 then there should be some compensation for that. Discount the next box or add a few more items to the box. Thank you.”

“I enjoy how each month is themed, and I can definitely use most of the items sent. I really like when I get items I would of never know I could use and now really like them. I do with the shirts could be chosen as unisex or Womens fit instead of only having the the unisex style available.”

“I have had The Teachers Crate for around a year. One was a gifted 6 months then I loved it so much that I purchased another 6months. I don’t know if I will buy another. I feel like the products got a lot cheaper over the past year. I received the same item in different boxes more than once. I do love the shirts it’s just the other products included in the box we pay a lot of money for these subscriptions I think we should get good quality products.”

“I was super excited waiting for this crate. However, once I got it, there were concerns, ultimately causing me to decide to cancel my subscription. First, the t shirt material for the 2 crates I received (January and February) were very thin and see through. I was also not happy with the words on the January shirt "little minds". To me, that sounds like "small minded". I decided to give it another month, only to receive a February Valentine style shirt with the same "little minds"! One positive, the socks with both crates were cute.”

“Some months, the crate is amazing, filled with many cute and useful items geared toward teachers. Other months, there are only a few items that usually consist of pens or markers. It's hit or miss, honestly. The shirts are cute, though.”

“Some of the supplies are very outdated and can’t be used. I love the tshirts. Pens and markers are always nice. Maybe some post it notes every now and then would be great.”

“I was disappointed most of the time. I thought we would get a holiday shirt the month before the holiday so we could wear it several times leading up to the holiday. I thought we would get shirts we could wear to school. The shirts I received during 4 months of shipments, I only liked 2. The fall shirt I could not wear to school because it didn't mention students, teachers, school, teaching, or learning in any form. I sent it back. The Halloween shirt was received mid October and it's decal was off center. So unwearable. The only one I liked and wear is the summer shirt. In the future, I think it would be an improvement to be like a book club I used to be in. You got a preview of the books and could choose to skip the month if you didn't like the books. I don't like not knowing and then being stuck with things I either don't Ike or can't use.”
