“The items in the boxes were not worth the price. The shipping is at the end of the month and often not received until late the next month. I’ve had so many issues with things missing, not working, or so late that I gave up reaching out to customer service.”

“The crate was underwhelming this month. I had a shirt and some kind of bag, some socks and pens. Not worth $36. I will not keep the subscription, if that is all I will get. This is only my second one. I enjoyed the first one and was pleasantly surprised. The second one has been a disappointment. I am not sure how I will use the bag, it looks like it may be a iPad bag, but not sure.”

“This was definitely not worth it. I got my shirt and wore it once and it tore under the arm. I was very disappointed. I thought it was a fluke and it happened again😩 the shirt is the right size. I’m so sad.”

“They advertise the cutest shirts. I subscribed because the shirt in the advertisement was very cute. I ended only up only liking one of the shirts I received during my six-month subscription period.”

“Crates started off really great. Then they started to repeat boarders and puzzle. Then started getting cheap stuff you could by at the dollar store, Started to get really I’m happy with my crate and cancel my orders.”

“I have been disappointed in the wearables. I don’t understand why the wearable crate is a different t shirt. The full crate shirts are much cuter. I like the socks except there aren’t many of us in Texas that wear crew socks….. I have 3 pair I haven’t worn yet. I know marketing is a factor in the cuter shirts for the full crate, but I do not need all the notepads and “stuff” that comes with it. I am thinking of opting out altogether….”

“This months crate is a total disappointment. And to make matters worse, I somehow subscribed to two crates! The t-shirt was ok. Not really into the “vintage” look, but I’ll wear it. Scrunchies don’t stay in my baby-fine, short hair. Fat pens are uncomfortable. As an adult, I rarely use an eraser (nor because I don’t make mistakes, but because I prefer pens). The mug is a really weird shape. And an 8 GB jump drive is rather pointless. This one was not worth one price…let alone two!”

“The items I received in my crate were not items that I really had use for in my classroom. Some of the box seemed like old overstock that did not sell in stores. (random sticky tabs, wearable buttons, and 'library' envelopes) I was hoping for more useful items or the newest gadget.”

“I live in Canada. I ordered this box for my wife as a gift. The shipping is terrible! It takes more than a month to receive a box after it ships. The current box she is waiting for shipped on April 24th. It is May 25th and she still hasn't received it. That paired with the exchange on the US dollar, this box was not worth it. We definitely won't be ordering again nor will I recommend this service to anyone.”
