In August 2024, I was charged for a monthly crate. I had not been a customer in 2 years, so obviously this was a computer glitch on their end. Since August I have received no refund and no crate . They have promised a refund and not delivered. They could easily make this right by simply sending me a box. (I mean, I have already paid for merchandise I have not received.) If you decide to use this company beware.

Warning: I’ve been trying to get a refund since August and still no refund. I should have realized that they did not have an actual phone number (huge red flag) and only email. I had cancelled this subscription and out of the blue (a year later) they charged me for a crate so I cancelled again, maybe I just paused it, I don’t know, however, regardless of that they still have not refunded a crate I did not get, I cancelled it before shipping (another red flag: they charged my card before it was even shipped). The good thing about only having email communication is that the entire email thread is there showing where they promised me a refund several times and in several different ways, this is being sent to the BBB and I encourage everyone who has had fraudulent charges to do the same. $37.95 may not seem like a big deal but they don’t need to continue to “steal” this from people.

Shameful company. To scam teachers of their hard earned money who only wish to bring themselves some joy amongst the chaos they experience daily. I thought it was great about 5 years ago when I was a paying subscriber, but cancelled after the year. Now, this much time later, they have ‘renewed’ the subscription without authorization or delivery of goods. The process of getting the refund has been extremely challenging, with the most recent communication from Teachers Crate being that we need to go through our credit card company as they’re unable to provide the refund. Be very aware. Do NOT give these people your credit card.

This used to be an AWESOME box to get. Yes, it ran late every single month. No, I never got the beautiful planner (used to be a July treat!) before school started. BUT…the tshirts, the classroom goodies, the extra little treasures…all of this vastly outweighed those issues. Now, though, the box is just as expensive as it used to be and the quality has gone downhill FAST. Today, I opened my most recent box to find a shirt, a pack of pencils, and a four-month calendar smaller than a postcard. Not even worth half of what I paid. I have canceled my subscription and will find another way to treat myself.

This company runs a subscription scam. I went more than 12 months without a subscription, and low and behold I was charged THREE TIMES in USD for subscription boxes. Not only did I not reactivate this subscription, but customer service was impossible to get a hold of, particularly since they only have an email and mailing address.

I have not bought a box in over 6 years…woke up to an email that a box has been purchased and shipped to someone that is not me through my account and on my credit card. I’ve attempted to contact them several times to cancel the order before it’s too late and have not heard anything back. Very disappointing customer service. I am still hopeful they will get back to me soon. I do not recommend saving your bank details. I would hate this to happen to another person.

I have not ordered a crate since 2021. This morning I was charged for a monthly subscription out of the blue without my knowledge. I did not authorize this charge. To make matters worse the crate is set to be shipped to an address I haven’t lived at since 2020. I checked my account and all the inactive subscriptions I had were moved to active. I keep trying to contact this company and they keep deleting all my comments. Do NOT waste your time or money.

The shipment was almost a month late and I did not receive any word on why. My coworker reached out and was told they were waiting on planners...but when I finally received my order, there was no planner and one of the items I had already received a few boxes prior.

The last few crates have been disappointing. There was a shirt and 2-3 little things, like bulletin board accents (not worth the monthly payment), so I cancelled my subscription. I sent an email - they said it would be cancelled. I received another shipment. I sent another email. They said it would be cancelled after the minimum 3 month subscription. Yesterday, I received another shipment and my credit card was again charged. This is no way to run a business!!
