“I've been to Tech Den twice in past week, so I'm not sure which visit the review pertains to. If it was purchasing multiple fish: Staff member very helpful & obliging during my sizeable purchase. When I asked about various food or products to settle them in the best, she kindly asked another employee for help when she wasn't fully certain of the answer. I appreciated her help, as well as kindness, when she provided me with a stepper to sit on as I'm unable to stand for lengthy periods. If review was referring to my bringing in an Ehiem heater that had stopped working - staff were helpful this day too, & were sending it off under a warranty claim.”
