“Would be great if Tech Den would give customers the option to leave parcels, rather than send them to the post office for collection if the customer is not home to sign for the delivery. Purchased items I needed quickly, AUS post attempted to deliver it on Friday, however no one was home. It has been taken to the post office, tried to collect it Saturday but still out with the driver. Very inconvenient, it was a $30 item that could have easily been left in my letter box. Post office closes before I finish work, so now I have to wait until next Saturday to pick the item up.”

Hi, When placing your order please mention in the notes that you are authorising to leave the parcel. You can simply put in notes "ATL" this will resolve the issue for you.

“The team at The Teck Den are fantastic to deal with. Any problems they look after you. They have everything you could possibly need and heaps of space to move around in the store. I was travelling through with my dog which they were happy to let her walk around with me. Will certainty always stop by when travelling up the coast from lismore. Thanks team!”
