“phoned Tech Den regarding a specific fish food. The staff member knew the product, had it at the front counter for me so I could run in on my 10 minute break. Great customer service”

“I am very pleased with the store's service, prompt and accurate delivery of goods. The only wish is to include another postal courier. I do not like how the Australian post works, the last two times they wrote that no one was home, although this was not the case, and left the parcels at the nearest post office. I remember that before you had a choice of delivery method of goods and it was very convenient.”
