“Again i was met with a warm welcome and a warm smile. I wasn't in the shop for long and found everything i needed quickly and efficiently. “For the most part they’re great. Have now had a bad experience being given the wrong substrate when I asked which one was in a display tank. That substrate killed two $60 fish in the span of 24hrs. I had purchased the correct substrate while the second fish was in a small, hospital tank barely hanging on for life but unfortunately that fish passed too. It was a waste in $50 of substrate that killed $120 worth of fish and I’ll be returning the unopened substrate. I’m giving up on fish for a while. I’m too heartbroken over the fish I have lost. Bit disappointing.”
