“I have been a customer for some time and when my Fluval 407 suddenly developed a leak I contacted the Tech Den for assistance, turns out that I was 3 days outside the 3 year warranty period and no leeway was given by the supplier or Tech Den even when I clearly stated the problems with the filter and that it was clearly (in my view) not wear and tear, I purchased a new O ring as suggested and this made no difference to the leak at all”
