“Recently bought a canister filter, some media, fish food and assorted aquarium accessories. Items were professionally packed and delivered without issue. Good service, will but from them again”

“you used to have a large variety of saltwater tank mates, now you have a very small selection in the back corner. Prefer you to go back to more saltwater, tropical fish can be purchased everywhere on sunshine coast, but I have to travel to you or Morayfield to get saltwater selection or even south Brisbane. not worth the drive to tech den, with only limited selection available and no way of knowing what is there until i get there”

“Although you have a good range of stock, your opening hours on the weekend are ludicrous. You obviously don’t grasp the fact that most people work during the week. You also don’t answer the phone on weekends so 5% out of 100% for meeting customer needs. If I do manage to get there when you are open I have found a couple of your staff are nice and know their stuff.”
