“My Mum and i came in recently to find a new tank to go in her new house. Staff were great. Helped us with everything we needed to get set up! Staff are always really helpful there and enjoy going back to the store every time.”

“Probably not going back, bought a $70 fish which died, next visit they have their tanks blocked from view for "treatment" meaning they have sick fish. When asked about a refund I was told no. Will be spending my money somewhere more ethical from now on.”

“I recently got 'caught out and needed a new tank heater delivered to our regional/remote area in WA. As usual the service from The Tech Den was first class and the new Eheim 150w tank heater arrived in surpriseingly quick time. The Tech Den has consistently provided great service, good advice and quality components and I'm very happy to recomend this service to fellow aquarium enthusiasts.”
