“Great place to shop. Been going there for years. Pricing is spot on and good products. O nly reason I didn't give 5 stars is on the weekends there is not enough staff. Numerous times I wanted to buy more fish but most of the time I leave because after over half hour or more I'm still waiting to be served”

“Would be great if Tech Den would give customers the option to leave parcels, rather than send them to the post office for collection if the customer is not home to sign for the delivery. Purchased items I needed quickly, AUS post attempted to deliver it on Friday, however no one was home. It has been taken to the post office, tried to collect it Saturday but still out with the driver. Very inconvenient, it was a $30 item that could have easily been left in my letter box. Post office closes before I finish work, so now I have to wait until next Saturday to pick the item up.”

Hi, When placing your order please mention in the notes that you are authorising to leave the parcel. You can simply put in notes "ATL" this will resolve the issue for you.
