“After the heater broke in my shrimp tank, I purchased an excellent brand I always use from tech den. It went from Caboolture to Brisbane to Sunshine West Victoria, back to Brisbane then to the Sunshine Coast for delivery. Friday to Wednesday from a store 45min away. In the meantime I had to spend $50 on another heater/brand from Petbarn as the tank went from 23 degrees to 18 degrees over night. Fastway/Aramax delivery used to be offered as an alternative delivery service to Australia post, but not now. This would be a more reliable delivery option for your customers.”

“I was very impressed by the service that I received from Tom at The Tech Den. I had multiple questions on equipment and he spent a good hour with me going through each item and assisting me to select the most appropriate equipment for my Aquascape. The Tech Den has an unparalleled range of equipment and their prices are extremely competitive. While we all like to buy online you cannot beat the knowledge and service of Tech Den staff and this should be rewarded by making purchases through them. I have not reviewed the items purchased as I have not yet used them.”

“Purchased a new tank setup recently and am Now a first time sump user. Have always been a canister guy and was a bit worried. The tech den guys like Edi went to great lengths to explain everything in detail and you can tell this is not just a job but also a passion. Cheers guys”
