“Excellent I called for some advice and even though they were bone questions they were answered. I also wasn't pushed in the direction of the most expensive set, in fact I was asked if I had a pen knife as that was the most basic tool I'd require. All in all i got a real sense that this shop is run for the love of woodwork, not a massive profit margin.”

“Received very helpful information over the telephone. Item then ordered on web site on Friday afternoon and delivered Monday lunchtime. Delivery easy to track. Item (CBN coarse grinding wheel) performed exactly as required. Not cheap, but excellent equipment and customer service.”
