“Tried to phone but fax machine was switched on sent an email but couldn't wait for reply I just wanted to speak to someone. Ended up reading more reviews, so went ahead and ordered 2 hollowing chisels. 4oclock ordered arrived next morning 9:30 I was very well pleased hows that for service excellent”
