“I was looking for 2 particular items and the prices I found elsewhere I thought were extortionate. Then I found this site that had them and at good prices too so I snapped them up and got delivery less than 48 hours later. Am delighted.”

“I bought a tool roll containing 7 wood carving/ whittling tools. The tools and leather roll are all of decent quality and nicely finished. I intend to put a sharper edge on them before use but it makes for a pretty comprehensive starter set. The courier used was excellent, very prompt and a text message to tell me my parcel had been delivered with a neighbour. I think I will probably make further purchases from Tool Post as and when I need more tools.”

“Hi When I saw your turning jacket in Woodturning magazine I thought it was the best one I had seen, so I decided to buy one. I had a bit of a battle with your web site, the process was cut off before I could enter my payment details. I decided to wait a day before following the purchase up. To my surprise I received an email from you the next day about my order. I phoned the missing information through the same day. It is now 5 days since I placed the order, and I received my turning jacket today, in Brisbane, Australia. I am truly amazed ... what brilliant service!!! The jacket is exactly what I had hoped it would be, i.e. the best design I have ever seen. Thank you very much for a great product, and brilliant service. Regards Geoff Holbeck”

“I was very pleased with the experience. I live in the United States and before I ordered I had some concerns; how long would it take for delivery, how much would the freight be , how easily could I communicate with the Tool Post . I sent an email and it was returned the next day (with the time difference it was probably answered the same day) answering all of my questions. The freight was not excessive, in fact it was very reasonable,and the order arrived in three days. I can wait on average five days for items shipped from the United States and if I want expedited delivery the cost would come close or exceed what I paid for this order. I will not hesitate to order from the Tool Post again.”
