“I have had a very good experience purchasing Hamlet Craft Tools from Tool Post. The site is extremely easy to use, with account registration leading to access to wishlists and cart functions, also allowing for shipping estimates before you fill out all of your information to order. This is most helpful in helping the customer figure out invoice totals and plan a purchase. Customer service is exceptional; Peter Hemsley - Proprietor, very friendly and courteous, was very gracious to reply to my inquiries promptly, and attended to issues and concerns which may possibly arise upon delivery overseas. Overall, my experience with Tool Post has been an excellent one thanks to Mr. Hemsley's thoughtfulness, and all who are involved with processing orders. Shipping was very very expediteous, taking less than a week to be delivered in Florida, USA, from the U.K. I'm impressed! I will purchase from the Tool Post again in the future, and will recommend this company to anyone with an interest in obtaining hard-to-find, quality tools, with exceptional customer service. Thanks, sincerely!”

“While the website is sometimes confusing - the basket icon isn't everywhere and changes location - that's a tiny problem because these guys have all the tools etc for turning, and great comments and photos to help us choose our next 'present'. Delivery is quick and via DPD so trackable and give you a delivery hour by txt. All round good !”
