“Excellent efficient service from the Leeds branch, where I took my Dreyfuss watch for a replacement battery and reseal. Cost was £39.00 (£100 at the jewellers) and the work was completed on-site in under an hour (the watch is sent away and takes 2-3 weeks at the jewellers). Highly recommended and will definitely use them in the future.”

“We visited Lakeside Store with my Seiko watch. Gentleman very helpful indeed. Did a clean and replaced the battery and it was ready for collection within and hour. It would have taken a little less time but as he was on his own and had to deal with quite a few customers, it took a little longer. Very impressed and will certainly return again.”

“I needed a battery for my wife's Ladies Radley wristwatch and after having a conversation with your staff inside the Trinity Centre at Leeds, to which gave good customer service decided to proceed with having a replacement battery fitted. .”

“Was greeted with a warm smile at the Chester Store, when I asked about my Gucci watch, they could fix it there and then, it needed a new strap and a good clean. The cost for the fix was very reasonable, the watch afterwards looked new and the price was much cheaper than the local High Street Jewellers. Customer service was perfect, would highly recommend for customer service, price , knowledge and a great finished product.”

“They carried out the repair in a timely fashion. They did a good job. I wanted a new strap as near as possible to the original. In addition I wanted the metal surround cleaned and polished and where possible have some marine corrosion removed.”
