“Took 2 Seiko Kenetic watches for repair to the Manchester branch, the capacitor that stores the charge needed replacing. Also had glass replaced at same. One was quite old and I was unsure if this was still repairable. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeabl. Seemed genuinely pleased to help. Watches were returned within stated repair time.”

“I was looked after by Greg at the Leeds branch. Did an excellent job, and an enthusiastic young man which means he enjoys his job, always a good sign. I just wanted the strap on my new Longines adjusting but i wanted it done properly. They did i fine job. Again service was great.”

“I have had occasion to use the services of The WATCH Lab's Chester branch on five occasions recently for five different pieces. The staff offered excellent craftsmanship, and clearly knew their watches. Most impressive though was their courtesy and friendliness which contributed to excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who values their watches and wants to look after them as well as enjoying a pleasurable customer experience.”

“My Seiko Kinetic watch was repaired (letting in moisture) and serviced well within the time quoted and at two thirds of the cost quoted by the main service agent. It was returned with a 12 month warranty and has been working perfectly since. I would thoroughly recommend The Watch Lab to anyone.”
