Took my tag heuer f1 watch in to the Nottingham store for a battery change and re seal . Found the staff to be very knowledgable and put my mind at ease about handing over my prized possession. Got the watch back in and hour with no problems will de definitely be using the watch lab again

I had a new battery fitted, and my Tissot chronograph watch resealed within the hour, by Chris at the Watch Lab in Cribbs Causway, Bristol. I was delighted with the service I received, I will use this service again.

I went to The Watch Lab in the Oracle shooing centre in Reading. Really friendly service. Very helpful, informative and obviously passionate about watches. Will return in the future.

After visiting another company. I can say that Jim at your Preston branch was fantastic. His knowledge and customer service skills are fantastic. I have had my watch back after having a new battery fitted my Maurice Lacroix is working better than ever. Also I am having a service on my other watch. The price is very competitive. Overall very happy and will be getting all my watches done here. Ben ash.

Quick efficient friendly service; had my watch back within the hour. A major bonus given it has previously had to be sent away for approx 4 - 6 weeks!

Casio Edifice, a screw in the face had become detached and prevented hand movement. My watch was over 5 weeks delayed in returning from your lab, only to learn that it had been sent back to Casio. I was not informed this would happen and if I had then I would have sent it directly myself. Despite me calling to enquire the reason for the delay on three occasions, Ii was not told it had been with Casio until the final time and I was not impressed.

I took my watch to have the battery changed. I have often gone to WatchLab in Chester. The service was as ever, professional, friendly and very quick. I t was ready within 45 minutes despite it being a very busy Saturday. The watch I took in this time is Emporio Armani. There is also a 2 year guarantee which is nice to have. Whenever I have taken this watch to a jeweller they send it back to Armani and I have usually to wait for a week . It is also more expensive than Watch Lab. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable about watches not just repairs, which is also a bonus.

When I visited The Watch lab in London the first time I was told that my watch (Maurice Lacroix) would have to be send to Switzerland for cleaning and repairs (replacement of hands turning mechanism). I took a bit of time to think. Came back couple of months later. Initially I was met by young gentlemen who tried to persuade me that my watch needed only new batteries. He did not listen to me and I was going to leave. Then Mr. Taylor stepped in and everything changed. He was listening! He explained to me what kind of service Watch Lab was offering including liability insurance and replacement of lost watches (the same brand and the same model). He convinced me that leaving my watch with Watch Lab for 10 weeks was a right thing to do. I decided to go ahead and 10 weeks later I have my watch back in working order. Now I plan to bring my wife's Swiss watch for repairs. They are more expensive and very old. Hope this time the service will be good also. Thank you very much. Boris Afanasiev

Technically i have absolutely no doubt that you are competent to do the job but what you have in technical skill you lose in customer service. I have never in my entire life come across a more rude set of store attendants. While I like that fact you know what you have to do to fix a watch, i will definitely hesitate to use you again because of the poor service received from you store attendant at Brent Cross and I'm sure I am not alone in this observation.
