Unfortunatly every bad review herw is true. I made a 600 pounds purchase to Israel before i read these reviews. I was hoping it isnt true but the delivery service is by far the worst i have seen. I work with dhl and ups all the time and its nothing simillar. I still havent recieved my package, its been a month. I have also paid already for the release of the package and still, getting no answers. This is unfortunate as it seems the company itself have nice quality things.

I do buy from the white Company and find their clothing range good quality, however, I would agree there can be racism from some members of staff - usually the older ones. They can be very off hand but I grew up in Tunbridge Wells where I was very happy and u take the view it is usually people with poor self esteem that behave this way. I continue to buy from the White Company.

The customer service with this company is a joke!After 2 attempts to get my order delivered I give up,they haven’t a clue what they are doing and tell lies to cover their backsides.They have lost a longtime customer and I def won’t be recommending them!

Hello there, I just recieved a robe I ordered online. Unfortunately the quality is poor for the price. It just seems like a cheap robe that definitely didn't cost 104 euro. The pyjamas I ordered are great quality.

I ordered a dress from the White Company so when I received an email telling me it was on its way via HermesI was delighted. It said I could track it on the Hermes website. When it hadn't arrive after 8 days, I did track it only to find and I quote ' We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24hours'. After four days it still hadn't arrived so I rang the White Company only to be told it was lost and offering me a refund. An hour later I received an email from White Company saying and I quote ' We're sorry that these items weren't suitable this time', suggesting I had returned them. Clearly this is not the case. I am surprised they are using Hermes as they do not have a good tract record for safe delivery.

Bought a third bathrobe after purchasing my first one 15 years ago (still going strong) and a second ten years ago (still going strong) but sadly to say this latest one the quality is terrible. It’s like wearing a bath towel that has been dragged through a hedge backwards. I have to cut off numerous unfinished seams, never known a garment with so many pull threads, Unfinished shoulder seams, . It feels like a oversized bath towel of the cheapest quality ever. I have always saved my hard earned money to buy quality products (buy cheap buy twice) . I am so disappointed in this latest purchase and I’ve only been wearing it a week, I think I need to find another company to spend my hard earned money with

The address defaulted to an incorrect address and although I immediately phoned TWC to change the address the parcel still arrived at the wrong place I was assured by TWH customer services team that it would go to the correct address Result is I have to drive for 2 hours to collect parcel and it will not reach it’s destination in US so a small child will loose out on her Christmas present as there isn’t time to send it

I purchased a Hector desk lamp a few years ago. Unfortunately I broke the shade ,I contacted the White Company for help to replace it . They did not want to know and would not help . John Lewis sell the same lamp ,although I did not buy from them they were very helpful and gave me the name of the manufacturer who supplied me with and shade. Will shop in J.L in future

It used to be my favourite shop for years, still have beautiful linen dresses from 7, 8 years ago. Unfortunately the quality of the fabrics they are using now are gone down ,no more pure silk, linen , wool, all made of mixed not natural fabrics. Only some wool, and cashmere sweaters . Colours are all tne time tne same, grey, black, white, really boring.

Always buy WC nightwear but my last purchase was not acceptable. Bought nightdress for my January holiday in December. First night of wearing it the lace in back panel tore in two places. At £49 I would have expected much better. On returning it to the Leeds store I was informed that as I no longer had the receipt I would only be given sale price. I'm sure, in the past, they have online record of purchases. Anyway if I'm mistaken then they should have. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with WC but has left me feeling disgruntled with their lack of customer service. Top price, top quality please WC. This item fell far short of your usual standard.
