“My merino wool throw if lovely and soft and lightweight but has given me extra warmth over my autumn wool duvet for the colder winter nights. I had very helpful advice on the phone before ordering and very pleased with free postage and efficient service.”

“Purchased 2 deluxe queen pillows 20x30 through an amazon promotion. I am so glad I did. Communication with CS was fast. I love love love my pillows. They are top notch! Packaging, workmanship, literature, quality of the wool and materials are truly a representation of people who care about what they do. I’m also impressed with the consciousness in regard to ethical practices. Thank you for such a fine product. I will be ordering a mattress protector and would also order a comforter but 86x86 does not work for me. Please start making a 90x90” US size for our over generous duvets to fit our big fat mattresses! Thank you again! SW”

“I bought a king size pillow not realising that it was longer than a normal pillow, I thought it was thicker. I then had to get bigger pillow slips which made it a very expensive pillow. This should be made clearer on the website.”

“Fantastic products which are of a very high quality! I am so pleasantly surprised by the claimed temperature regulation properties of Woolroom products. I mostly sleep on my side and used to get a sweaty ear/face on whichever side I slept on (synthetic bedding). The Woolroom pillows in particular help dissipate any heat congregating and allow you to stay cooler all night long. I have upgraded (key word) my mattress protector and duvet to Woolroom and it's very fair to say I get a much better sleep on the whole. Well worth the investment!”

“I ordered slippers size 10 for a 4-5yr child and received size 9-10 adult slippers. I called the helpline who said she'd call me back after checking to see if they had any of the size I ordered in stock. 4 days later still no phone call!!! Website now shows no stock so returned the adult slippers. Not happy.”

“I have been decking out my house, our cabin and our camp with Woolroom duvets, pillows and blankets. The product is amazing as is the quality of all wares I have received (and they are rather a lot by now). The wool bedding works as excellent as described in cold and warm conditions, and is very comforting.”

“The duvets and pillows I purchased are excelllent and provide a heavier warmth as compared to goose down duvets. Wool infill is definitely more comforting. Deliveries of products on two occasions however have been very much on the slow side. Patience is a requirement.”

“pleased with product and service wool room. our super king sized wool filled duvet arrived in good time. I had concerns that a wool filled duvet would be too warm and too heavy but it has proved to be lightweight and warm. very pleased”
