“I Wanted 1 x Cooked Crab XL, ordered it (£24), then realised minimum order value £35 so added scallops x6 (£12) then £10 delivery charge so £46 in total, I thought that's a lot of money to get a crab, but it was for my wife and she's worth it, so I paid it. The courier delivered the parcel on the day selected by me, no issues.... I gave the box to my wife saying that I'd had something special for her to eat but it need to be put in freezer till it was needed she opened the box only to find the 6 scallops NO CRAB after contacting customer services I was told that there wasn't any XL crabs that day and that somebody should have contacted me to either amend or cancel my order. That could have worked for me unless you had no crabs of any sort? to be fair the credit for the crab (£24) was done straight away But I felt extremely disappointed not getting the crab and instead ending up paying £10 delivery for scallops that I only ordered to get to minimum order value I understand that it is not a guarantee what will be caught each day, but a phone call would have been accepted and I'm sure I would have amended the order.....”

We always aim to deliver great experiences, so we are very sorry to hear that this didn’t happen on this occasion. Our minimum order is £35 but with a delivery charge of £10 and free delivery for orders £50. We apologise if this was unclear and for not contacting you beforehand about the crabs. “First time I've ordered from Wright Brothers, decided on the luxury seafood gift hamper for a two as a surprise for Christmas Eve. It arrived perfectly boxed on the day we specified with a msgs notifying on the ETA . We didn't get to enjoy it until Boxing day but still perfect. Some of the best oysters we've enjoyed, and the Shucker opened them effortlessly. Caviar delicious! Would definitely recommend.”

“We ordered Scottish langoustines for our Christmas Eve dinner. They arrived exactly at the arrival time and they were DELICIOUS! What a beautiful feast. My father-in-law said he felt like he was in France on holiday. The personalised card that came with our order was such a lovely touch, and the link to the recipe and video guide was so helpful. We have our new Christmas tradition and will definitely be ordering all of our upcoming fish and seafood from Wright Bros. Thank you for an amazing experience!”

“I ordered caviar and found a string in one of the tins! Have previously ordered from other suppliers and found the quality of Wright Bros just not good. Friends have ordered seafood and it was good so maybe I got a bad batch. Disappointing.”
