“It states 800g salmon to serve 8 people. It arrived in a packet showing just over 1 kg including skin. The actual total weight was just over 800 g (stated 1.022kg) and only 650g of actual salmon ! V poor .”

Hi Iain, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you were not happy with the response to your complaint. We do ask that any issues are reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order either by email or phone. In this case we can see that you placed x3 separate orders containing x3 separate sides of hot smoked salmon, but we were only informed of your dissatisfaction after all three had been received and consumed 19 days after your first order. We will always try to address any complaints in a fair and reasonable way and ask that we are informed of any issues in a timely fashion, particularly if you have further orders due to be delivered so that issues can be addressed, where possible, prior to orders being dispatched. This is a popular product that enjoys great feedback, however we welcome your feedback regarding the seasoning.
