Quickly delivered in sustainable packaging, the quality of the prawns was excellent, whilst the smoked salmon was very good. Overall excellent customer service.

I was looking for something different for my dads lockdown birthday and with him being a seafood lover this was perfect, was delivered without fault and the seafood was out of this world so fresh my dad commented you could taste the sea and it was packaged so well and a good amount provided, the knife was a lovely touch for the oysters and they were delicious we both loved them, it was the best birthday gift and much appreciated and I would highly recommend

It was a gift for our daughter! She is in isolation and we cannot visit! Her pleasure with both the fish and the gin was obvious .

Dressed crab had broken shell in the meat. Very little white meat. Overall very grainy.

SCOLLOPS UNDERWEIGHT This is the second time we have ordered Crab, Scollops and the fish box from Wright Brothers and whilst the quality is excellent and the crabs were a good size they were underweight on the scollops. They advertise approx 18 scollops weighing 500 grams, which we felt was too much for two meals so we split it into three meals at approximately 6 scollops per person. However there were only 14 scollops not 18 and when we weighed them it was not 500 grams but only 440 grams. A bit naughty that Wright Brothers considering we paid for 500 grams.

The food ordered was to a satisfactory quality, however, the experience was ruined by the hassle of the poor delivery service made by the company; in which my order was given to the completely wrong address and driver consequently forging my signature to complete the delivery of which I received a copy of and was extremely shocked. It was only out of the kindness of the people who received the package and consequently made contact with the Wright Bros office to inform them that they had received a package that did not belong to them - they also told the delivery driver that he had the wrong address - in which he ignored. I also feel that the quality of the food was somewhat spoilt due to being left outside as the people who received my order were unaware of the contents. I spent the morning trying to get in contact with the office after receiving the confirmation of successful delivery with forged signature. After multiple attempts of calling the office, finally, I received a call back by a very polite employee who was extremely apologetic about the situation, although the only solution was to make my own way to the address it had been delivered, if I wanted the product. When paying £10 for a delivery of a premium service, I would expect a lot better and will not be ordering again.

Their seafood box is a complete waste fo money. I got an undersized lemon sole that had to be stretched to make 19cm The rest of their stuff is fair to middling, bordering on small as well Recommend shopping around for a better supplier to be honest

What a treat to have fresh, good quality, well packaged and on time delivery of British Seafood! It arrived exactly when it said it would. The packaging was excellent and a bonus to be able to recycle it to our garden project at home. We ordered oysters (Jersey) which were mineral and went perfectly with a dry champagne. Crab which was so large and tasty and frozen prawns which have served a multitude of home cooked meals straight from the freezer. Highly recommend
