“Because of the delivery challenges during the recent spell of extraordinarily cold weather my delivery did not arrive. I quite understood this . However the apology and action taken as a result I would class as first rate customer service. It is when things go wrong that a business will show it's true commitment to keping customers on side. So Wright Bros response to a problem, fronted by Marika has made me a customer for life of this supplier. I could not think of a better review either to give or receive.”

“What a wonderful experience the purchase of the Fruit de Mer shellfish platter was, the exquisite taste was second to none, it beats anything we have previously purchased when dining out, ( if you can remember that far back). Arrived well packed and I would not hesitate to recommend. Well worth the cost with plenty left for a meal the second evening.”
