“Fish all looks superb - have had to freeze it but the cod was excellent after defrosting. Very fresh and delicious - the best I have eaten in a long while. Looking forward to the Hot Smoked Salmon! It is a bit expensive but you have to pay for quality!”

“Stunning surprise birthday dinner for my husband with the family. So much I kept half the mussels and crevettes to make a paella and crab to make a lovely salad lunch! Well worth the money but most importantly the quality of the shellfish was top class. The oysters were delicious. I really thought the video on how to prepare fruits de mer was an excellent touch!”
